Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ruply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Ruply processes emails from your connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) using AI and delivers structured data to your configured outputs (Telegram, webhooks, APIs). We provide the infrastructure; you provide email access, an AI API key (or use the included default), and define what to extract via processors.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to access the email accounts you connect
  • You are responsible for your AI API key usage and costs
  • You must not use Ruply to process emails you are not authorized to access
  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You must comply with applicable laws, including GDPR

4. Our responsibilities

  • We process emails only as instructed by your configuration
  • We do not store raw email content
  • We encrypt all sensitive data at rest
  • We host all infrastructure in the EU
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize your data

5. AI processing

Email content is sent to your chosen AI provider for processing via your configured processor prompts. When using the included default key, emails are processed via OpenAI's API. When using BYOK, emails go directly to your provider. We do not cache, log, or retain AI inputs or outputs beyond the immediate processing.

6. Availability

Ruply is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (currently zero for the free tier).

8. Intellectual property

Ruply's code, design, and brand are our property. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over your emails, summaries, or configurations.

9. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
